Winnipeg is one of the great cities in the world to nurture as an independent filmmaker, but presents a challenging landscape to navigate for most young and aspiring artists. Where do you start? Who will be your collaborators? How do you make a living using your craft? What can you do to improve your craft? Why do you need to be the director? All these questions and more will be addressed in an upcoming panel discussion with Tamara Roshka, Sara Bulloch, Taryn Edgeworth and moderator Bendrix. Join this dynamic group as they share their journeys and insights into forging an independent career path in film. The discussion will also touch on the numerous opportunities and connections made through Winnipeg's vibrant film community.
